What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, your deposit will be withheld as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice and your booking fee will carry over to the new appointment.
How much is the booking fee?
For skin and body related services the booking fee is $55. This amount is deducted from your remaining balance on the day of your appointment.
How soon should I arrive before my appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary forms.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available and are valid for 3 years. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
